Project of national importance International exhibition EXPO – 2017 Astana. The building designed by SUMATEC OIL & GAS TOO is multifunctional. It houses several organizations for various purposes, namely:

  • GCOU DIA (city center for operational management of the DIA)
  • JSC “Astana Innovations”
  • DPC (Data Processing Center) of Astana city
  • operational group of service “051”
  • PIU (Head Distribution Point)
  • Media Center of the EXPO exhibition.

The project was carried out to involve Renewable Energy Sources in the energy balance, in order to reduce the total consumption of fuel and energy resources and minimize the negative impact on the environment and is one of the main directions of the “Green Economy”, the concept for the transition to which was approved by Decree of the President of the Republic of Kazakhstan No. 577 dated May 30, 2013.
